Yes, the tutor will arrange extra classes before Term Tests, Preliminary Exams, and Year-End Exams , based on a mutually agreed schedule within the  group of students.

Students can attend a replacement class if they inform the tutor at least 72 hours in advance or provide a medical certificate/school letter. No refunds will be given unless under special circumstances.
 

Fees are due on the first lesson of each month. For new student who start mid-month, fees will be pro-rated. In May, October, November, and December, fees are also pro-rated due to school holidays, except for O-Level students

No deposits, administrative, or miscellaneous fees. Students may choose to purchase recommended study materials at their own expense.

No, there are no lessons on gazette public holidays.

Yes, there are breaks after mid-year exams (late May) and year-end exams (mid-October to mid-November), except for O-Level students.
